Our Story

We are Sampoorn Poshan, a holistic health and nutrition initiative that provides bespoke services encompassing the four fundamental pillars of your lifestyle.


Our journey began through introspection and retrospection. Looking back at the teachings of Ancient India, we found that the cause of our forefathers lean, healthy and active lifestyle was cultural and regional food consumption. This in combination with adequate sleep and regular exercise helped them reduce chronic illness, maintain fabulous skin and avoid hair damage. However, with changing times, our ancestral occupations evolved from farm based jobs to knowledge and skilled worker roles- bringing with them a sedentary lifestyle, improper sleep and inefficient stress management.


Over the past few decades, an average mans health focus has moved away from homemade food and towards products such as packaged foods, protein shakes and supplements. Consumption of quick meals and supplements are short term solutions that result in long-term health complications. Instead, when vitamin supplements are consumed under guidance and within advised proportion as per your body requirements, they can even prevent chronic illnesses. With this reflection, we started the project of Sampoorn Poshan. Our health initiative aims at blending traditional practises with new traditions. We at Sampoorn Poshan, provide bespoke plans that comprise an array of easy to cook, home-made meal plans ensuring nutrition is not compromised. We also incorporate ideas of adequate sleep and/or routinely exercise to ensure your physical and mental wellbeing is nurtured.
